Don’t support the War. War is a stupid thing to die for. The conflicts that are happening around the world seem to be drawing so much negative attention that it is easy to lose sight of what we need to do. We don’t have to support the war; we just need to support the soldiers. These are our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, friends, and family. Every person who chose to join any branch of the military has acknowledged the risks and decided that there was something there that they wanted to fight for. Some people will say that most joined the military just to pay for college, and that they never expected to go to war. These soldiers have all exhibited the strong moral character that we, as a country, keep saying is important in order to be a contributing member of society. Courage in the face of uncertain times, faith in the places that require it the most, enough love in their hearts to over ride all the naysayer’s, and strength to do everyday what so many believe can not be done. The war may have its pros and cons, and whether you support it or not, is not the issue. We have to offer support to the individuals who are there doing what they do even when so many try to blame them for the situation. The bottom line is this: Don’t support the war if you are opposed, but DO support the soldiers that are there!

Mahalo from a grateful Brit ! I know your country overwhelmingly supports you despite many in the media ( and so called celebrities ie Bill Mahr and Rosie O'Donnell ) that seem to want to undermine what you are achieving over there ! To my mind ( and many others ) that is nothing short of TREASON ! Take care and God bless you all ! Aloha !

I want you to know that you are hero's fighting for the greatest cause of all, freedom. Your sacrifice will always be remembered, and as you fight the enemy over there take heart that some of us are fighting the fifth column in this country called the Democratic party. These disgusting morons in this country who say they support the troops but not the mission are the same human debris that spit on our troops after Vietnam, don't ever forget that. The Democrats need to be defeated just like the terrorist so that when you come home you are treated like the brave hero's that you are. Keep up the good fight and know that we got your back here in the states. We won't let the Nancy Pelosi's or the John Murtha's besmirch your service or pull the rug out from under your feet. I will always be grateful for your service and my children will learn that you are the greatest men and women who ever served in our military. Thanks You, Eric

Thank you all for your hard work, courage, and dedication to our country. We will be thinking of you all this Memorial Day weekend, and praying for your safe ruturn home. My son is a Marine, and I am so proud of him. My brother is in Iraq for the 3rd time. I watch the military chanel sometimes, and it is so enlightening to see what you have to deal with, and what a commendable job you are all doing, in a very difficult type of war. God Bless each and every one of you!
